Douglas Borthwick was born in
Cleveland, Ohio in 1965. He
graduated with high honors from
Muskingum College in 1988 with a
Bachelor of Arts degree in Business,
Economics, and Religion. At Muskingum
College he was the recipient of the Wall
Street Journal Award and the Financial
Executive Institute Award.  He received his Juris Doctorate degree in 1991 from
Capital University Law School where he
was the recipient of an academic
scholarship and was on the Dean's List.

Mr. Borthwick is admitted to practice before all of the courts in the state of California including Central, Northern, Eastern, and Southern California United States District Courts as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Borthwick has handled litigation for numerous corporate clients, including personal injury defense, amusement park accidents, entertainment accidents, slip and fall, vehicle accidents, product liability, construction defect litigation, mortgage and lending litigation and defense of health care providers.  He has completed numerous binding and non-binding arbitrations and mediations with a high rate of success. Mr. Borthwick's current practice focuses on plaintiff personal injury, family law,and estate planning. Yolanda Marsili was born in Los Angeles California in 1963. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree In Political Science with a minor in Political Theory from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1986. She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law graduating in the top 20% of the class and was admitted to the California Bar Association in 1991.

Ms. Marsili is admitted to practice before all California Courts including Federal Court and the Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Marsili's career extends over 17 years and includes achieving a highly consistent successful result in civil and administrative law litigation, arbitration, mediation and appeals.

Ms. Marsili has litigated employment related legal matters of claims of sexual harassment, sexual hostile work environment, disability discrimination, Robert Brown Moretti Act/ Family Leave Act and wage and hour matters brought against national and international corporations. She has acted as lead counsel successfully litigating cases involving Virgin North America, PUMA North America, City of Vernon, Trader Joes, STAUB USA Inc., the Press Telegram, DITECH and AIC among others.

Ms. Marsili also has extensive experience in the successful legal representation on workers' compensation claims including but not limited to complex disability claims, independent contractor issues, 132A discrimination claims, serious and willful claims, SIU claims and unemployment claims. In numerous cases represented by Ms. Marsili she has obtained voluntary as well as court ordered dismissals against invalid legal claims within 60-90 days of undertaking representation on the claim.

Yolanda Marsili is currently acting advising counsel on labor and employment matters with national and international corporations allowing companies to protect successfully from labor and employment litigation from even ensuing.

Robert Freeman was born in Santa Monica, California in 1963. He earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree, with honors, in Business Marketing from California State University at Long Beach in 1987. He earned his Masters of Arts degree, with honors, in Conflict Resolution and Negotiations from California State University at Dominguez Hills in 1992. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 1997. He was admitted to the California Bar Association in 1997.  He was admitted to the Nevada Bar Association as General Counsel in 2006.

Mr. Freeman has extensive experience as both a mediator and as an arbitrator. He possesses over eighteen years of experience as a top negotiator for large insurance companies such as Liberty Mutual, State Farm, and C.S.A.A.  During his career, he has been instrumental in resolving numerous, multi-million dollar disputes.

Mr. Freeman has also served as General Counsel for Ultimate Sports Entertainment, Inc - a five billion dollar casino/hotel development project in Las Vegas.
